Without an appointment was able to drop vehicle off and receive a no-cost loaner vehicle (for My recent experience should rate 5 stars absent context. Customer service was understanding and extremely accommodative. However, given the fact the car was in for similar problem 2 months prior that was not properly diagnosed at that time, I rate Prestige service center 4 stars overall. More
