Excellent . Mr. Jaffe was a pro when I bought my Camry in 2008. I would like to deal with him on my next purchase which I'm currently considering ( 2019 Avalon Mr. Jaffe was a pro when I bought my Camry in 2008. I would like to deal with him on my next purchase which I'm currently considering ( 2019 Avalon XLE). Just had my 2008 Camry and 2014 Avalon in for service and Luke was friendly and extremely professional in the way he dealt with me and my wife. Also worked with Jake in service in the past and he too was outstanding. More
Mostly Goid service Service for the first time done without approval. Although it was a minor thing I should have been consulted first! Not satisfied and shocked. Cabin air filter and air filter checked and advisor was directed to not allow this, due to both being K&N long life filters, which were cleaned before service and two long trips. Side marker light was changed without my approval & I was charged a ship fee and it was not explained. This is the first time I was not satisfied with service performed. Highly disappointed. More

Timely and Peofessional I’ve had an overall good experience with this location. They kept me informed both in person and via text. I have not waited more than an hour for a full service. Their car wash though....that’s a joke. I end up rewashing my car every time. If this was done better they would get a 5 Star rating. More

Don’t care about customers , unexcused waiting without any words and didn’t sorry at all . So I was waiting for there 40mins more even my car was ready to go. Frustrated Mother Who Never Wants to Come Back I had a 9:30 am appointment and showed up around 9:20. I checked in and two men who were there when I dropped the car off were wonderful. When speaking to Juan at Express I said to him that the Low Tire Pressure light had been on for a while and that we were routinely checking the pressure and it was fine the whole time. He yes-ed me to death. I stated to him I was going to run a few errands and come back. I asked him how long it would take and said no more than 90 minutes and I left. I ran my errands and called 2 hours later (11:30) giving the extra time incase something came up. I was told that it was in the wash and should be done soon. I said I would come right down. When I returned and checked in the car was still not ready and I thought no big deal. I live about 3 minutes from the service center so I sat down and waited. I waited for over an hour and almost 1 pm (almost 3 hour later-double the time I was quoted) I asked how much longer since I had to pick my son up from school. The girls at the desk (who were so nice) didn't know and could not find Juan anywhere. Finally they found my paperwork and I paid and left. I was not told anything about my car or could ask any questions since my service rep could not be found. I drove home and realized that on the way home the tire pressure light was still on. When I called they told me to bring it down and they would fix it right away. I didn't have time and came back the next day. I waited and finally a tech came out and told me that sensor was broken and that because I didn't tell them that it was flashing when you first turn on the car it was my fault it wasn't fixed. I never knew it blinked. I am sorry but when you have two 3 year olds the last thing you are looking at when you turn on the car is the tire pressure light. I was also told since Juan wasn't in that day that I couldn't have it fixed and I needed to make a new appointment. Well that was it. I can promise I will never be back and never recommend the service center More
