So Unethical I bought my Rav4 here in 2010 and have been back for service occasionally. They always try to upsell me. One salesperson swore that if I didn't have my brakes done that I would not be able to stop my vehicle if I had a quick stop. I took my car to my friends repair shop and found.out there was nothing wrong with my brakes Then I found a service person I liked and they made me use another salesperson that was totally rude. I would never recommend this place More

Juan, who is the only person who I really dealt with, (I don't see him listed below) Knew I was waiting and came an hour early from my scheduler appointment, told me he'd see what he could do to get me in before my appointment. He was successful, I was totally surprised when he came and told me my car was ready so soon. He super friendly, helpful and answered all my questions very patiently and clearly. I live in Midwood Brooklyn and still feel that it worth my time to have my car serviced at Prestige Toyota. More
