Great job!! I had my car checked out by this dealer when the "Maintenance Required" light came on. I was told a technician would take a look at it and let me kno I had my car checked out by this dealer when the "Maintenance Required" light came on. I was told a technician would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong. I really thought something bad had happened, but the Prestige technician told me this light comes on after the car has so many miles (over 55,000) and that the only thing the car needed was rear brakes and an oil change. Another dealer would have taken advantage of this and charged me a ton of money. I'm glad I went to Prestige. Good job guys. More

I wanted crossbars for my recently purchased 2016 Rav4 LE. Went on the internet and found some available in the UK. Called the Mahwah service arm of Prestige Toyota of Ramsey. They had them, in stock; gave me the price. That was yesterday. Today I went, I bought them and installed them. Done. Thanks. The parts rep showed facility in navigating the parts computer, and familiarity with the part supplied to educate me on the installation. He was polite, friendly and helpful. Thanks!! More
