Trust and Customer Service I own two Toyota Sienna Vans, 2011 and 2012. I take both Vans in for service at Prestige Mahwah because I totally trust Caroline. I am a senior citi I own two Toyota Sienna Vans, 2011 and 2012. I take both Vans in for service at Prestige Mahwah because I totally trust Caroline. I am a senior citizen and greatly appreciate that Caroline will take the time to explain to me what the vehicle needs and exactly why. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable, professional and a true asset to both Prestige and Toyota. It is because of the trust in her, and her knowledge, that I continue to return to Prestige for Service even though I live in Pompton Lakes. I have found all the employees that I have dealt with along the way to be extremely courteous, friendly and truly trained to give good customer service. My only wish is that they would have a Toyota Sienna loaner. More

I was told it would be $34.50 for tire repair, even though I informed the agent that I had an extended warranty for tires. I was told that only applies if the tire is completely replaced. That seems problematic to me (more incentive to patch the tire to avoid replacing) so I had to push a bit but then eventually I was not charged for the $34.50. Time was good and the service was explained clearly. More
Service Last Friday was a year to the day that I got my new tacoma. I brought it in for my regular every 5000 mile service. I put 30,000 miles in one year!!
