Great service advisor, but mechanics sleeping on the job Mechanic 'forgot' to replace bolts & secure a component under car, needed to return to service center same day; A dealership as large as Prestige tell Mechanic 'forgot' to replace bolts & secure a component under car, needed to return to service center same day; A dealership as large as Prestige tells me that they dont have loaner cars available & I have to wait AGAIN. Great Service As always great service! Making a same day appointment was incredibly easy, once I arrived I was immediately greeted and someone thoroughly explained As always great service! disappointing I have been using prestige service for many years, probably 10-15 years. In years past, their service was incomparable, no one else came close. Their service was the reason I returned to purchase new toyotas as I needed. But, the service continues to decline each year. Yesterday, I waited 30 minutes just to check in! Ridiculous. It took 30 minutes to DROP OFF my car for service. The receptionists act like I am a bother to them and am interrupting their conversation. There are at least two service consultants strolling around while I sit there waiting to simply drop off my car. By the time I am finally called to speak to a service consultant, I'm annoyed that so much of my time has been wasted, and well as the time of the person waiting to drive me home. It is unprofessional, unfriendly, inconsiderate and completely disappointing. The smiles are forced. The indifference and lethargy are palpable. The service and repair of my car was fine this time. (Although during my last visit, they missed a repair, and I had to return in two days for them to finish the job). The reason I have stayed with Prestige all these years is because the service in the past was impeccable. That is no longer the case. Very disappointing. Time to find a new service center. More
