Servic The parking brake of my 2010 Tacoma TRD started to bind (would not reliably release). Prestige Toyota staff is very friendly and professional. Service advisor, Luke Incognito is very helpful. He made sure he understood exactly what the problem was. Once the service tech determined that the problem was rust in the driver side mechanism. All that was necessary was cleaning the rust and also adjusting lubricating parking brake cable. Luke advised to service the passenger side as a preventative measure. After a couple of hours the truck was ready. This is not my sole experience with Prestige Toyota. They have always taken very good care of me and my vehicles. More

After the service was completed, I drove home to find the old battery still in my car. I called the service station and they were upset because that shouldn't have happened. they are compensating me on my next visit. They work hard for perfection, no one is perfect but they are close. 30,000 service / car wash & checks. Alignment needed too. I had a brake warning light go on when I started the car a week before. Nothing since, but I asked for that to be checked. Rear wiper worked sporadi I had a brake warning light go on when I started the car a week before. Nothing since, but I asked for that to be checked. Rear wiper worked sporadically. Found out the rear window may not have been locked. Alignment was needed and they did it then and I waited. Didn't have to come back. They fixed what needed to be done on the spot. All good! More
