Customer service is TERRIBLE. They damaged my vehicle during work during a recall. When I came back to pick the car up, the driver brought it – with the front emblem missing. When I asked him where was the emblem – first words out of his mouth was “it was brought in this way”. I protested, and said absolutely not. I said ”let’s check the paperwork and cameras then”. He immediately backed down, and told me to find my service advisor. After finding him, the advisor looked for the emblem, found pieces of it in the car wash. Service advisor tells me that the part needs to be ordered, but once it comes in, bring in the car, and they will pop it in for me. My wife shows up at 5:30pm (service department closes at 6:00pm that day) on Tuesday August 18th to get it “popped in”. She can’t find anyone in parts department to help her, even after ringing the bell multiple times. She finally finds someone who barely has the time to assist her, and argues with her to make an appointment. After a few minutes of back and forth she takes the replacement emblem and we installed it ourselves. This damage was done by the department and we had to fix it ourselves. Obviously, Prestige Toyota prioritizes leaving early rather than customer service. More

This dealership installed 4 new tires on my highlander and the price was much more than a discount tire store. Afterwards, one of the tires leaked air. A follow-up appointment was needed. They charged and the price was much more than a discount tire store. Afterwards, one of the tires leaked air. A follow-up appointment was needed. They charged me over $100 to correct their mistake. To make it worst, when I set up the appointment, I asked for a loaner. They were to call me back to schedule the loaner. They did not return the call, so I called again the next day. Still, no return phone call. I called a 3rd time, still no return call. I called a 4th time and the agent did not know why the service agent would not return my calls. We ended up scheduling the appointment and I had to hire a taxi. Previous service appointments were very good, so maybe it is the pandemic? I will avoid and delay this dealership until the pandemic is over. More
Kevin (Service Manager) was very helpful, honest and not arrogant. He explained everything and was not pushy to add additional services, but provided me with information to understand what is needed and wh arrogant. A concern is that the ladies at the desk wear masks under nose - therefore mask ineffective among their co-workers. They were behind a barrier from the customer. Advisor very informative and helpful.
