I wanted a full size tire to use as a spare. I asked if the tire that I had repaired could be used as the spare and the newly purchased tire put on in its place. I was told yes. I agreed. $800 later I was told the new tire had a rubber valve so it could only be used as the spare. If I had been told that In the first place I wouldn’t have bought the alloy wheel . More

Poor customer service - after being told a routine service would take 90-115 minutes to complete I waited - 2 hours later my car was still not completed not was I notified it was delayed. At that point I asked personnel on site and was told it was delayed and in fact my service had not even been started. Since I had a prior engagement, at that point I took my car and left without the service being completed. I will give that service location 1 more try only before I take my business elsewhere. They should have informed me at the beginning or at the least during my wait as they had my cell phone number to call or text. More
