Only in for oil change tire rotation multi point inspection. A concern I have is that many of the service advisers / writers are no longer there at Prestige. Gabi was excellent. He kept us abreast as to what is going on and when to expect our vehicle. I gave a service rating of only 4 stars as the tow service took 2 days to get my car to tow it to the Toyot going on and when to expect our vehicle. Technician did not fully diagnose the issue resulting in delay in the return of the vehicle. The vehicle upon return had grease and hand prints on the headliner due to the work performed.
