The loaner toyota got a flat tire shortly after leaving the lot. I filled with air, went flat again. Had to go to nearby service station, who repaired flat for $20. Unfortunately, this is not the review I wanted to write. I was in about 2 mths and had a great experience. This time, I was in 2 days ago and cannot say the same. My 2020 Toy Rav4 is a lease and I only got it in May of this year. A few lights turned on randomly (steering wheel fluid, engine and brake light). I was assigned to Peter in the service department and he did not answer my text message or call when I tried to follow up on the vehicle an hour after they had it. My husband waited for 2.5 hrs without a word from anyone. Two days later I received a text from Peter asking how my experience was...smh. The text also said that my happiness is his success. I guess he failed to see that he didn’t make me happy by being unprofessional and never addressing my questions/concerns. I’m going to make sure that I do not have him assigned to me for now on. Hopefully that will allow me to have someone who is more willing to do their job adequately. I should’ve asked for Gabi because he was wonderful at my prior service. More
Great service center. Customer service always exceeds expectations and vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner. Facility has also gone to great lengths to provide a safe waiting space for customers expectations and vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner. Facility has also gone to great lengths to provide a safe waiting space for customers who choose to wait for their cars while it’s been serviced. And Peter always does a great job at updating and explaining in detail what services are recommended to be done. More
