I had an excellent service experience with Caroline during my recent visit. My vehicle needed immediate attention in replacement of a dead battery, replacement of 4 tires, replacement of rear brakes, a during my recent visit. My vehicle needed immediate attention in replacement of a dead battery, replacement of 4 tires, replacement of rear brakes, among other minor repairs. As i live 32 miles away and did not want to wait in the waiting room during Covid-19 times, Caroline was able to secure a loaner car for me, with short notice, to use to drive home. Caroline also attended to an air bag recall. I had an excellent experience overall, and would highly recommend Caroline to anyone in need of auto repair service in the future.
