After visiting the East Coast Toyota in Rutherford, Prestige was a breath of relief. East Coast told me my brakes were fine just a bit rusted and I needed to drive it more. When I called the next day to tell them there was still an issue, the guys told me my rotor were "jacked up" and I needed new ones at $100 each plus labor. Pete at Prestige said the rotors were divited possibly from road salt and they replaced them under warranty since the car is a 2019 with only 12,000 miles. I would definitely recommend this Toyota branch and will visit it if ever in NJ and need again. Thank you Pete! More
