I bought a certified van and shortly I bought my van’s floor was wet. When I took it to get checked out I was told it developed the leak after I bought which I did not appreciate. The service team told me floor was wet. When I took it to get checked out I was told it developed the leak after I bought which I did not appreciate. The service team told me they fixed the AC drain clogging issue which caused the leak. However, I am at a loss how a certified vehicle would have issues like these. How did they certify this van? Also they told me that the carpeting mold is my problem. The leak created this issue which was there before I bought the car. Not happy at all. More
