Stephen did a very good job informing me about the status of my service and the issues of my car that needed further attention. My concern with your dealership is that I came there for an oil change and t of my service and the issues of my car that needed further attention. My concern with your dealership is that I came there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I have an above average knowledge of automotive repairs and cars in general. While I appreciate hearing what also needed attention on my car, the fact was that I came there for an oil change and tire rotation, as I have exclusively done since purchasing my car new from your dealership. That's all! I did not have any intention of having a $100 service turn into an $1100 repair bill. My concern is that an the average Joe or Jane would feel pressured into paying for all the recommended services and repairs that were not critical at the time. 2 hours was a long time to wait to have my tires rotated, multipoint inspection and carwash. I had an appointment at 8am. I guess the shop is located off site...it was too long to wait. The service advisor was not happy that i did not have any of the service recommendations at this visit...especially, the battery which he seemed quite annoyed that I would continue to drive my car with a "failed battery state of health". Everyone else was really nice, this includes the car jockeys, the greeter when I walked in and the cashier. The service advisor needs to work on his customer service skills. More

Peter serviced my Highlander and kept me informed. He helped me with my apple play navigation. I was not able to bring it up on the display, I'm good to go now. First, we dropped our car off the night before and when putting out keys in the "safe" box, it was overflowing and anyone could reach into it and pull out an envelope and steal a car. We pushed ours in but definitely did not feel safe leaving our car there at that point. Second, we dropped it off the night before with a 7am appointment time for the following morning. When my husband called to follow up around 10:30am after not hearing anything about the car, Brian told him they hadn't even started it and it wouldn't be ready until 2pm. Had we known that dropping the car off meant that it wouldn't get worked on until every other customer was done before us, we would have just sat and waited at 7am since we had an appointment at 1pm to get to that day. My husband called back around 11am and said we would just come pick up the car and have the service done a different day since we needed the car. Brian told us it would be worked on immediately. My husband called back again at 12:15pm and was told it was just finished (took over an hour for a tire rotation & check fluids & car wash???). So we raced up there to pick up the car so we could get to our appointment at 1pm. When we got there, I was told by the receptionist that Brian was with someone else and I had to wait. I told her my car was done and I just needed to get it and she walked me to Brian who was not with anyone else. I still had to wait 5 minutes to get my car that was sitting in the lane to drive out. All in all, we were not happy about the time it took for our 15,000 mile service and that no one communicated with us at all until we called or texted to get updates. More
