In the end they did a good job but I wasn't happy with the $150 diagnostic fee they charge for each problem they were going to address. I brought my car in with 3 issues and I didn't think the charge was the $150 diagnostic fee they charge for each problem they were going to address. I brought my car in with 3 issues and I didn't think the charge was fair. They had my car for 4 weeks and only worked on one issue. I had to ask them about the other problems and was told they didn't do anything with them but I wanted them looked at as well so now I was without my car for another day. The 2nd problem was taken care of and repaired but not without a discussion and me stressing it was all related to the 1st problem. The parts take forever to come in. I can't believe it takes over a week for parts to be delivered. The people I worked with were nice but I did call the manager once about an issue and he never returned my call. More
