I was totally UNSATISFIED when the dealer took my car and said that the brake line blew up! Then I get an estimate for $611 for lug nuts! That’s ridiculous!! We went with our daughter to look at a pre owed CRV listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on t listed online. We were told the gray car was “having minor body work done”. Showed us another car which we test drove. Asked to get the numbers on the car. Given numbers on the gray car having body work. Corrected salesman. Left for over 15 minutes (again). He came back to tell us the car we test drove was the actual car that had been sold. Total waste of 1 hour 45 minutes. When we said it was a total waste of our time, he said “well me too”. He was a total jerk and rude when we were less than happy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP More
