I had been pricing a Toyota Prius from a couple of dealers and wanted to try one more in my area. I walked into Prestige Toyota as my last stop and really did not expect much. I was directed to Rob Ra dealers and wanted to try one more in my area. I walked into Prestige Toyota as my last stop and really did not expect much. I was directed to Rob Rago as my salesperson and told him what type of vehicle and options. He asked how he could earn my business and I told him I wanted a price without haggling. He came to me with an offer which I said I needed to think about but thaat I was interested in doing business with him. This was on a Wednesday and the deal was finalized on Thursday. And then changed(different car after the original was deposited) by me and finalized on Friday and then options changed on Saturday. With all these changes Rob's demeanor had not changed at all and he was extremely accommodating through all the craziness that I put him through. The car was picked up today and everything went without a hitch. I find Rob to be one of the best Car salesmen that I have ever dealt with and this was actually my third car purchase in a year. He has changed my outlook on car salespeople and is a credit to his dealership. He also paved the way for a quick closing (the fastest I have ever gone through). And on delivery of exit the dealership had somebody actually go over every facet of the Prius (and you need that) and take their time to do it. we did not get the bum's rush to leave because they were through with us. If looking for another Toyota, Rob and Prestige are the first (and only) place to go. More
Ms. Stephanie Reynoso started the ball rolling with a very competitive price offer on a Camry XLE. (You know the saying "when somethings to good to be true......) Lo and behold Stephanie greets me the next morning with Mr Rob Rago at her side, they present the sales agreement to me with the numbers exactly as quoted, beautiful. We agree to a trade in number on my existing car and they draw up the papers. Deal complete, right? Not so fast, I change my mind about the trade in and choose another method of payment. Stephanie and Rob don't miss a beat, continue smiling and redo the paper work. These two are the best. Deal closed I love it. Wait, one more dude to deal with, a product specialist to show us how things in the car work. Enter Mr Eric Bielicka. This guy was as personable as you can get and knew the car inside out. He took his time and answered every question we asked thoroughly. He knew the questions I was going to ask before I asked them and made it known several times that if i ever had any questions in the future to call him at the number on his card. Overall, he was the wrapping and bow on a great deal from a great dealership. More

I was a loyal Ford customer for the past 30 years, however when I needed another car for my long distance commute I realized that Toyota's vehicles offered me more for my money not to mention the supe however when I needed another car for my long distance commute I realized that Toyota's vehicles offered me more for my money not to mention the superior gas mileage. After much research, I chose the Toyota Prius C class hybrid which gave me 50+ mpg. This Toyota, due to its large selection, was able to have more than 4 of these rare newly released vehicles. With this variety, I was able to pick and choose the different features and colors according to my taste. What went from just a test drive turned into a same day purchase. I was so pleased with not only the car but the great service and professionalism of the staff that I am returning this week to purchase a second Toyota Prius C class hybrid for my wife. I highly recommend the sales and finance team of Steve Chanis, Luis Oliver, and Joseph Nanna. Again, this team went out of their way to assist me in the purchase, finance, and delivery process making this the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience ever. More
at 97k on a 08 Tacoma I had them change the transmission fluid, Belt, flush coolant, and change differential fluid. Address all the recall letters also. Over $450.00 later I get home and find my engine air filter sitting in the bottom of the engine compartment, coolant all over the place, cabin air cleaner upside down and broken, 4 stripped bolts on the skid plats under the truck and I needed to add coolant. I spent 2hrs checking all work done. Spoke to the service management. NO LUCK I should charge them 2hrs labor. Update: thank U Michael M. Customer service representative at prestige Toyota for addressing this situation. Refunding me two hours of labor charge. Shipping me 4 new bolts for replacement on skid plates. Very happy this situation is resolved. More

A few months after purchasing the car, I called my salesman to tell him about my experience with the car. He could not be bothered giving me the time of day, as if it was an inconvenience to him that I was calling. He basically acted as if I was wasting his time; not giving me any sense that he wanted me to be a recurring customer. Also, I have noticed that the service dept is constantly trying to squeeze people into jobs that they most likely don't need. In the times that I have brought my car for service, as I have been sitting in the waiting roomn, the service writers are coming out most likely to customers whose warranties have expired, or are driving used cars, and basically trying to push unnecessary repairs on them. I find this cheesey and cheap, although most likely common. I think I am going to contnue my serivce intervals at a dealer closer to me. More

We worked with three staff who went above and beyond for us. Andy was wonderful, (he remembered us from five years ago when he sold my husband and I each a new car, greeted us with a smile and a big hello as soon as he saw us) Steve was wonderful he went above and beyond to help us and got us in a beautiful Sienna for our family - he treated us like family! He spent hours helping our family and making sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond for us. Stephanie was wonderful as well, so helpful and kind, spent so much time with us making sure everything went well and took such good care of us. The staff was great, the three I mentioned were exceptional! Thank you again Toyota - especially - Andy, Steve & Stephanie! Our family loves our new van! More
I called a few Toyota dealers and got quotes on phone for a Sienna van I spoke with Brett, at Prestige he quoted me a very fair price the next morning he called back and beat his own price, I was impresse a Sienna van I spoke with Brett, at Prestige he quoted me a very fair price the next morning he called back and beat his own price, I was impressed I then made an appointment(that day) to see Brett on 5/11 at 4:30 pm ish He then turned me over to Mr Robert Rago, at first I thought it was "bait and switch" time well I was wrong they told me that the new price quoted would stand After talking to Mr Rago we came to a fair price on trade-in, as it was getting late and I mentioned that I would come back on sat to do all the paperwork, as they were closing up soon Robert Rago managed to pull it all together and get us out and on the road in a timely manner on Fri 5/11 I want to thank Mr Rago and Brett For making this a good car buying experience More

My sale person (Ben Zimmer) was very helpful and knowledgable about the highlander that i got from Prestige Toyota. He answered all the questions that i had about the car and went extra steps to make sure that i got the right car that my family and i need. He wansn't pushing me to make a purchase until i was confortable with the car and pricing. The reason that i gave a 4 to overall experience was because on the day that i picked up the car, it was not as clean as it suppose to be. There were water spots all over the outside, dust on the windows, and dust spots on the dashboard and event some on the seats. I asked the person who in charge of showing me the car's features to have it clean again. But when it came back 20 minutes later, it look exactly the same as it was 20 minutes before. I asked him how did you clean the car and he told me handwash. But it looks like he just took it for a spin and came back 20 minutes later. So i told Ben about my unhappy moment and he took upon himself to clean up the water spots and dusts. More
