Usually when buying a car my wife and I know exactly what we want. However, this time, we were conflicted between a Camry Hybrid, Prius or Prius v. We first visited another Toyota dealer. The salesman barely we want. However, this time, we were conflicted between a Camry Hybrid, Prius or Prius v. We first visited another Toyota dealer. The salesman barely spoke English and showed impatience at the time we might take to make a decision. He did show us two vehicles but we really couldn't communicate with him. Then we went to Prestige and were greeted first by receptionist and then by sales manager Dean who put us together with Jarred. Jarred showed tremendous knowledge of his product and patience as we looked at a number of cars and went through all of the pros and cons for our needs. Dean then returned and gave us "a first price" but did not resort to any of the old "closer" tactics like "What will it take to get you to buy right now?" He suggested we set up an appointment to return and test drive a few cars. We returned two days later for our appointment where Jarred offered test drives in 3 vehicles, showing us as well their service facility. After almost two hours, we decided the Prius v would serve our needs best. Negotiation over price was very simple. He saw that I had my iPad with me and was constantly referring to TrueCar.com. So he said "Since you are referring to TrueCar.com, pricing is easy." We looked at TrueCar as well as CarsDirect.com, which showed higher prices. After only two trips to his managers, Jarred was able to present a price equivalent to the TrueCar "average", which was very fair for a short-supply and high-demand vehicle. We had to return home to pick up a check and then came back (we live 15 miles away from Prestige and by-passed several Toyota dealers to shop with them). The car was ready. Product specialist (whose name I don't remember) spent lots of time and made certain my wife particularly was comfortable with all of the Advanced Tehcnology Package features. He also then gave tips for driving a hybrid for optimal mileage. I remarked that this was a far more thorough delivery than for our far-more-costly BMW! Jim was very thorough in completing the financial transaction. What was most impressive is unlike most finance managers, he did not even attempt to push those high-margin overpriced aftermarket packages. We could not be more pleased with the car or with this dealership. We did not expect to receive "BMW dealer level of service" at a more mass market store and highly recommend Prestige for customer service, price and overall experience. More
My recent experience with this dealership was outstanding. I purchased a 2013 Avalon and was given a very fair price for both my new car, as well as my trade. Process is well handled - timely, thorough, well-paced.Financing arrangements were easy and well managed. I received copies of everything, wasn't rushed and the staff was professional and pelasant to deal with.I was in and out in a few hours. I've had a good experience with each car - two Corollas, one Hybrid Camry and Two Camrys.My 2002 Camry is still running with 130,000 miles. My most recent car was lost in the hurricane and this was the only dealership I would use. I don't see his named listed, but I also dealt with Eric in Delivery who did an excellent job in setting up and advising me on the satellites and internet connections. More

Having done all the research on my o My experience at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey was pretty pathetic. I was in the market for a new Tacoma pickup. Having done all the research on my own, I knew exactly what I wanted. No truck was available to meet my needs so I inquired about ordering one. While I realize I was ordering a 2013 model and they may not have been out very long, no one at the dealership seemed to know what options were available. My salesperson Janis and the manager Steve Chanis shook my hand stating 4-6 wks for my order and took my deposit. I was renting a car and felt comfortable doing such based on the assurance of the staff. At 4 weeks I stopped in having not heard a thing about my order. Janis stated my truck did not even have a build date and that she expected to have a date soon. At 5 weeks I sent an e-mail about my concerns. Shortly after that I received a call from Janis stating it took 3 weeks for Toyota to accept my order...this was the first I heard of that. I requested a manger's input and then received a call from a Michael Mudder (not sure of spelling there is no listing of him on the website) he called to "clear up" some issues and inform me of the timeline. Not only did I find out my ordered would be delayed some 15 weeks or so but that I was not getting several of the features I had ordered. He frequently bashed Toyota headquarters about keeping them in the dark regarding such matters as what the are producing or discontinuing. Being that I was renting a car during this time I let him know it was unacceptable to me. He stated he would see what was available in the vacinity that might match the truck I ordered. Meanwhile I found 2 matches in Ohio. Michael called me back stating he found 2 similar trucks in Boston area. They were not very close to what I wanted. I asked that he get me 1 of the trucks from Ohio or to get me my money back and I'll get it myself. Next day got a call from manager Steve Chanis to go over my order and things that weren't on the truck I ordered. I gave him same ultimatum he said he would try. Next day he called saying dealers were non-responsive in trading and he would refund my money. Within 10 days I received my new Toyota Tacoma from the super nice people at Toyota West Ohio. I wasted 6 wks waiting for a truck that never came and would not have even been what I ordered. It cost me over $5,000 in rentals and much stress. While I understand that some of this was out of their control, the level of communication and responsiveness was terrible. I would not go back there again, and I am glad I was able to walk away and still get the Toyota I wanted from a dealership 550 miles away. More

When i first came to this website i did not believe that a dealership could have such a high rating. I thought all of the reviews on here must be false or written by those associated with the dealership. I a dealership could have such a high rating. I thought all of the reviews on here must be false or written by those associated with the dealership. I soon found out i was wrong... I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla S for a great price. I first saw the car online and then later came to the dealership to look at it. Unlike other dealerships i went to Prestige keeps their online inventory up to date and actually have what they show online. I got to the car dealership and walked around looking for the Corolla and i found it. I went inside and was greeted right away by a very nice lady. Jorge Cuba then walked up to my family introduced himself and we went outside to look at the Corolla. We took it for a test drive and came back inside to discuss numbers. After conversation with Jorge and Dean Ciccarelli we agreed on a very reasonable price and i decided to purchase the vehicle. I was never rushed, pressured, or talked to in a negative way. Both Jorge & Dean were VERY polite, well spoken, and really took the time to explain all of the details of the car and on a price we were both happy with. I was then taken to speak with the finance guys who ended up being Richard Mith. A very honest gentlemen who will tell you what you need and what you do need. Once again never pressured, never rushed, never anything negative and he took the team to explain everything. I purchased the 8 year bumper to bumper coverage. I put a very good down payment down and am paying a great price on the rest with 1.9% APR for 60 months. The car was washed and a couple of things were fixed that were loose. I am very happy with the purchase and to now be a part of the Prestige family. (They really take pride in their Prestige name.) I suggest people go to this dealership. More
