Having done all the research on my own, I knew exactly what I wanted. No truck was available to meet my needs so I inquired about ordering one. While I realize I was ordering a 2013 model and they may not have been out very long, no one at the dealership seemed to know what options were available. My salesperson Janis and the manager Steve Chanis shook my hand stating 4-6 wks for my order and took my deposit. I was renting a car and felt comfortable doing such based on the assurance of the staff. At 4 weeks I stopped in having not heard a thing about my order. Janis stated my truck did not even have a build date and that she expected to have a date soon. At 5 weeks I sent an e-mail about my concerns. Shortly after that I received a call from Janis stating it took 3 weeks for Toyota to accept my order...this was the first I heard of that. I requested a manger's input and then received a call from a Michael Mudder (not sure of spelling there is no listing of him on the website) he called to "clear up" some issues and inform me of the timeline. Not only did I find out my ordered would be delayed some 15 weeks or so but that I was not getting several of the features I had ordered. He frequently bashed Toyota headquarters about keeping them in the dark regarding such matters as what the are producing or discontinuing. Being that I was renting a car during this time I let him know it was unacceptable to me. He stated he would see what was available in the vacinity that might match the truck I ordered. Meanwhile I found 2 matches in Ohio. Michael called me back stating he found 2 similar trucks in Boston area. They were not very close to what I wanted. I asked that he get me 1 of the trucks from Ohio or to get me my money back and I'll get it myself. Next day got a call from manager Steve Chanis to go over my order and things that weren't on the truck I ordered. I gave him same ultimatum he said he would try. Next day he called saying dealers were non-responsive in trading and he would refund my money. Within 10 days I received my new Toyota Tacoma from the super nice people at Toyota West Ohio. I wasted 6 wks waiting for a truck that never came and would not have even been what I ordered. It cost me over $5,000 in rentals and much stress. While I understand that some of this was out of their control, the level of communication and responsiveness was terrible. I would not go back there again, and I am glad I was able to walk away and still get the Toyota I wanted from a dealership 550 miles away. More

When i first came to this website i did not believe that a dealership could have such a high rating. I thought all of the reviews on here must be false or written by those associated with the dealership. I a dealership could have such a high rating. I thought all of the reviews on here must be false or written by those associated with the dealership. I soon found out i was wrong... I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla S for a great price. I first saw the car online and then later came to the dealership to look at it. Unlike other dealerships i went to Prestige keeps their online inventory up to date and actually have what they show online. I got to the car dealership and walked around looking for the Corolla and i found it. I went inside and was greeted right away by a very nice lady. Jorge Cuba then walked up to my family introduced himself and we went outside to look at the Corolla. We took it for a test drive and came back inside to discuss numbers. After conversation with Jorge and Dean Ciccarelli we agreed on a very reasonable price and i decided to purchase the vehicle. I was never rushed, pressured, or talked to in a negative way. Both Jorge & Dean were VERY polite, well spoken, and really took the time to explain all of the details of the car and on a price we were both happy with. I was then taken to speak with the finance guys who ended up being Richard Mith. A very honest gentlemen who will tell you what you need and what you do need. Once again never pressured, never rushed, never anything negative and he took the team to explain everything. I purchased the 8 year bumper to bumper coverage. I put a very good down payment down and am paying a great price on the rest with 1.9% APR for 60 months. The car was washed and a couple of things were fixed that were loose. I am very happy with the purchase and to now be a part of the Prestige family. (They really take pride in their Prestige name.) I suggest people go to this dealership. More

My first experience with Prestige Toyota is when I sent an inquiry about a used 2012 RAV4. I wasn't expecting the response that I got. In previous weeks I had sent inquiries to other Toyota dealerships an inquiry about a used 2012 RAV4. I wasn't expecting the response that I got. In previous weeks I had sent inquiries to other Toyota dealerships and I either got no response or the response was several days or a couple weeks earlier. Not with Prestige Toyota. I would have to say that within 90 minutes (or less) I received not only a response to my e-mail but a phone call from Stephanie Reynoso! She was very friendly and professional and she sent me all the information that I would need to make an informed decision about the car that I was interested in. Stephanie next set up a meeting Jorge Cuba and I met with him the following day. Jorge was also very polite, friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and to take me out for a test drive. He did not pressure me into making an instant commitment. The one thing that I hate is when a dealership figuratively locks all the doors and really tries to pressure to make a deal. I wasn't ready to deal, they recognized that and they continued to work with me. I returned 2 days later with additional questions and I also wanted to look at and test drive other vehicles. Jorge again displayed the proper amount of professionalism, took all the time that I needed and again answered all of my questions. After changing my mind two or three times, we finally struck a deal and Jorge immediately went to work getting all the paperwork done and getting my car prepared and ready for me to take home. Once my car was ready, they took the time to clearly explain all the car's features, bells and whistles. I was never rushed and again all my questions were answered. In less than 2 hours, everything was done and I was on the road in my new Toyota! I would highly recommend Prestige Toyota to all my friends and co-workers. Sincerely, George Haag More

My husband and I had researched the car I wanted, the Prius, on the internet, newspapers and visited other dealerships. When my husband, Ray, spoke to the telephone person and told him what we were looking for and our figures for the vehicle the telephone consultant was very accomodating and called my husband back several times. When we finally decided that Prestige had everything in the Prius that I wanted (color, mileage, etc.) we decided to take a ride to the dealership. WHAT A SHOCK !!! We couldn't believe the amount of customer cars, vallets to direct traffic and parking into spaces,and the vast number we could see on the lots. And walking in the door ... soooooo many sales consultants and client service representatives. We received so much attention from the minute we walked in that we didn't know which way to turn !! We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, Beth-Ann who quickly located the telephone representative that my husband spoke with and he introduced us to Maurice. Maurice is a perfect gentleman and a softspoken, wonderful, and not pushy, salesman. He understood what I wanted in a new car and attended to all of our needs. Maurice realized my excitement at having a new and different car after having 5 Dodge Caravans, over 25 years, for transporting 5 children (who now have their own cars). Now is my time to "downsize" and get better mileage for my 40 minute each way commute to work!! The first car Maurice showed me was the car that I wanted and it was a deal !!! He had my old "mommy van" traded in and got me on my way to being the second Prius (my son bought one 2 years ago and I wanted one ever since) in our "Family of Priuses" !! Love that commercial! It's my favorite. I am so happy with my new car and the telephone and Product speciaists service that come from Prestige, and since then--i keep coming back for "lessons" and everyone is wonderful about helping me learn! THANK YOU MAURICE, I am sure that you will have a long and successful career with the wonderful Prestige Toyota family ! If i ever give up my beautiful "blizzard pearl" Prius, I will definitely be returning to Prestige and especially Maurice for my next Prius !!!! More
The reason why I'm giving Andre a high recommendation is because he is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Despite my financial limits, Andre was able to get me out of a six year old car that because he is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Despite my financial limits, Andre was able to get me out of a six year old car that was worth less than what I owed on it and into a new car with a much lower interest rate. Andre never gave up on me. We first spoke in July and I told him to call me in October. He did followup and put me in a better car. Having worked in sales, I understand what is means to be a well-rounded salesperson. Andre is the ideal salesperson; honest and patient. The rest of the staff is exceptional too, from Beth Ann Forhecz who brought me water, to Steve Escobar who crunched the numbers and got the approval. There was also the gentleman who helped me pairup my iPhone with Entune. His name is not listed above but he was very patient and knowledgeable. I recently had one of my Toyota Camry's serviced at Prestige Toyota. I've been going there for at least 20 years because of their service department personnel. Rudy Espana. He was friendly, patient and very informative about the repairs required. I was worried about my daughter's car and wanted to be assured it would be safe for her to make a long trip. He put me at ease, explained everything so I could understand, and made me feel less anxious. I would hightly recommend using Rudy to anyone who brings their car to Prestige Toyota for service. I'm looking forward to my future service calls with Rudy. I will only go to him! More
