I went into the dealership at 9:00 a.m. and came out with a new Yaris less than 2 hours later. Thanks to Ben Zimmer the entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Chris Ortega in the internet department was straightforward, and promptly sent me a detailed quote. Maurice Johnson was an A+ salesman - very knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate a fair price. Jim Adamo made the financing part run smoothly - no pressure or arm-twisting here. Jimmy fully explained everthing about the car's Entune system and sent us on our way. All in all, a great experience. More
After a week of back in forth about a vehicle that was listed as "in stock" on there website I was told that the car had been sold before I even began inquiring about it. These guys will try anything to get a deposit out of you or get you in to the dealership for a car that they don't even have in stock. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs today. It is illegal and considered "False Advertising" to claim that you have a vehicle "in stock" when the vehicle was previously sold over a week ago or was never "in stock to begin with". This is also known as "bait and switch" which there are strict laws against. They tried to "switch" me to a different vehicle with less options and a different color for the same price as the vehicle that was listed for sale. This dealer is less than honest and I would NOT even think about returning to there dealership ever again. STAY AWAY! More
