Prices are way too exorbitant. They wanted to charge me over $70 for a cabin air filter that will cost me $13 to replace doing it myself. $180 for a wheel alignment. The oil change, filter and tire rotation was $111 and that was with a $20 discount. Normally at a service station that would be a $50 charge. The old Toyota service bld was much nicer and I received a free car wash there. No offer of a car wash given at this new service facility. All in all the service prices have gone up and the service has gone down. More

Horrible experience with the salesperson Emir Besic and the finance department. Emir only cared about selling a car that’s expensive. He was very unprofessional and rude.
