Stereotypical Experience Would not recommend this place in a million years. They cheated me and Lied to me. I would trust some broken down dirty used car dealership in the middle of nowhere over these guys. They are your stereotypical car dealership. Do not let them screw you like they did me. I will never trust them again, nor would I ever send anyone I care about, or even an enemy, to their dealership. It is no wonder they do not have BBB accreditation. Should have done my research before going I guess. Thankfully 2 of the 4 gentleman that I dealt with are no longer there. The service center, the one time I used them, however was a pretty good experience. More

This dealership was absolutely amazing. I did not have to sit for hours looking through deals I couldn't afford only to find some weird glitch in the system where I'd have to pay this "fee" that the dealer wouldn't be able to explain. I told the salesman what I wanted and within 20 minutes he had given me an option I couldn't resist. I cannot wait to begin my journey with Toyota. Thank you so much to this dealership for making this process such an enjoyable one!! More

COMPLETE WASTE OF HOURS OF MY TIME WITH SHADY BUSINESS TACTI We drove about an hour away on a deal for a Toyota Camry. We called for an appointment to test drive the car. Liked it and went to try to make a deal. We drove about an hour away on a deal for a Toyota Camry. We called for an appointment to test drive the car. Liked it and went to try to make a deal. When I test drive it I noticed a paper that said sold on it from 6 days ago. They said someone put a deposit on it, but it was no longer valid and not happening. They then said they put a $900 fee automatic on top of the online price. Then they said they'd waive the fee but there was a $600 fee for the shine that they put "on every car they sell" we were offered a decent deal w a trade in. We make another deal. It's been 2 hours since we originally sat down with them and we MAKE the verbal deal. Wait 20 more minutes and they tell us, get this... SORRY, THE CAR WAS SOLD AT 10:00 THIS MORNING!! Walked right out. Clearly the higher, higher ups at this Prestige must've said the deal we made wasn't good enough for them. Any place that has a car sold that someone left a deposit on, then tries to get more money out of it from you, THEN when they realize the other buyer was probably the better deal and wastes your whole day is a SHADY, LYING DEALERSHIP. Don't trust them. More

Excellent Experience I went to Toyota on 12/31/16 to get into a new lease; my appointment was with Jillian. Three days before my appointment with Jillian, she calculated s I went to Toyota on 12/31/16 to get into a new lease; my appointment was with Jillian. Three days before my appointment with Jillian, she calculated some figures for me to ensure I did not make the trip to NJ from Manhattan to waste my time. Throughout the entire process she was extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest!!! Unfortunately, honesty is not a characteristic always possessed by someone in Sales; however this time was different. We went for a test drive on the Rav4 and within 5 mins of our drive, she noticed something was off with the wheels; which she requested to be fixed right away. Something I did not notice at all. Due to circumstances beyond Toyota's control, I was unable to take the vehicle home with me the same day. Jillian stayed in touch with me for the next couple of days to offer her support; which is something I truly appreciated. Just yesterday 1/2/17, Jillian informed me the approval was received and I was able to return to toyota and pick up the vehicle. I truly do not know how I would have made it through this process without JIllian's support. She is truly exceptional!!!! More
