I will never return to this service center and I will tell people not to go there. They were the worst and terrible. I had to wait two and a half hours just for the oil change and basic inspection on Mon tell people not to go there. They were the worst and terrible. When I got in the car after everything was done I found my stuff in the car missing and asked them to find it, but they said they couldn't figure out where and how it was missing, and the manager did not even come out. So I asked Wayne to figure this out but he did not care about me. As a result, I had my belongings stolen in there. I have never experienced this terrible thing in any other service center. More

The purchase of my vehicle was fairly painless. I bought when new cars were thousands over MSRP. I was able to buy at MSRP without going through the torture of negotiation.
