Now a days the competition is hard and in order to be ahead of the completion we should be more flexible than before. The consumer has more information about the product than before due to internet. so the equation of sales are changing. I also recommend more persistent and follow up even at the beginning you have negative perception that the deal is impossible. the Psychology of people change through the time. The next time they might switch to another product that fits their budget. It is the art of sales person to be able to tailor the product to the budget of customer. More
Correction of a noisy Highlander, I had noticed that my Highlander was getting noisy. In my visit to the Service Center, I pointed out my concerns. When I picked up the vehicle, it se I had noticed that my Highlander was getting noisy. In my visit to the Service Center, I pointed out my concerns. When I picked up the vehicle, it seemed quieter. However, the noise continued and the attendant at the Service Center commented on it when I brought it back for my next appointment. Luke Incognito, the Assistant Service Manager informed me that I should take a loaner since it would take sometime before I could drive it. Apparently the job was extensive and I drove the loaner for over a week! Luke called me during the week and told me Toyota was repairing the vehicle at no cost to me! I knew the work was extensive and despite my faithful maintenance, work was necessary. My Highlander rides better than ever before and it is quieter than I can remember. My gratitude is great for the Service Department of Toyota. Thank you!!! More
