This is the worst dealership ever! I purchased the used car 2017 toyota highlander 2 weeks ago and they gave me the vehicle which is not safe to drive. I have 15+ tears of driving exp I purchased the used car 2017 toyota highlander 2 weeks ago and they gave me the vehicle which is not safe to drive. I have 15+ tears of driving experience and this is the first car I feel unsafe in. Especially I have a baby now and cant put him in the car. Plus, I am told i am responsible for brakes and rotors which is up to -$2000. If I had that amount I would pay as a downpayment but I am not ready for that kind of expense and i do need the car asap. They did not even provide the loaner and I had to miss job (extra costs). They said they do not check vehicles on the highways before they sell it and now they are asking me to pay money for the repairs that they were responsible to do before selling it to the customer. They have the worst management! I could not get hold of anyone who I could talk to all day! I am disappointed!!!!!!!! They have to follow the law but they don t. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they keep selling this kind of unsafe vehicle! That is the matter of live! This is not a joke!!!!! More
