I needed a routine maintenance check and I was there for 2 1/2 hours! I only had oil change and tire rotation. I totally trust Jeffrey Cicero as my service advisor. He is honest, professional, listens to me & helpful. In the past I did not have such a good experience with other service advisors but my experience He is honest, professional, listens to me & helpful. In the past I did not have such a good experience with other service advisors but my experience with Jeffrey was great. I wish that Prestige did not move their Service Department. The other building was better equipped & they washed the car after service. Now they have to bring it to another location which adds 20 minutes to your waiting time!!!! More

I was promised 2 accessories by the dealership as my deal to purchase the car there. I could have purchased the car at the other Toyota dealership in Rockland County. One of the accessories I kept on checkin to purchase the car there. I could have purchased the car at the other Toyota dealership in Rockland County. One of the accessories I kept on checking back for and it never was released. I asked the Ramsey dealership to honor their 2 accessory deal and they gave me the runaround. Unethical! This Fall I will write a Google letting people know what happened and how disappointed I am. More
