The salesperson, Hermes, and the first finance guy tried to overcharge for Toyotacare, and upon asking what I was paying for, they couldn’t even get me a straight answer. I skipped Toyotacare but still purc to overcharge for Toyotacare, and upon asking what I was paying for, they couldn’t even get me a straight answer. I skipped Toyotacare but still purchased the cars. After the sale, Hermes repeatedly told me I had to give a 5 on the surveys otherwise it made him look bad and could get him fired (I have a text message from him to my personal cell to prove it). I might have given one more star if he hadn’t pressured me. Sorry, but I felt like despite buying two new cars at one time, there was no consideration other than what they could get out of the deal. Two people had warned me about bad experiences there before I even went, but my sister purchased a vehicle from the same dealership and had a good experience, so I gave them the business. Now that the transaction is over I will never return. More
