I’ve used Toyota dealerships for years and moving to Mahwah in recently, Ramsey Toyota has helped me my past few services. I’m never in doubt as to who I’m taking my vehicle to for service because Toyot Mahwah in recently, Ramsey Toyota has helped me my past few services. I’m never in doubt as to who I’m taking my vehicle to for service because Toyota is THOROUGH and ACCOUNTABLE. No excuses. No turning a blind eye to issues because a random mechanic is having a bad day. None of that nonsense. They are trained to find issues, evaluate severity and communicate that severity honestly and let you make the decision that suites your needs. No scare tactics. That’s one of the things I find so comforting about Toyota is that I know they make their living by being thorough and finding potential concerns and giving you the opportunity to intercept those issues before they become unmanageable. Some other mechanics have the tendency to impose their opinions on what constitutes tolerable risk and what doesn’t, sometimes leaving things that really should have been addressed. I don’t want somebody working on my vehicle who thinks because they would take a gamble with their vehicle that I would have to feel the same way. I’ve only ever had one problem years ago after an appointment and that was due to manufacturing defect and not poor workmanship. They didn’t hesitate to make the situation right and gave me upgraded product to sweeten the experience. They are accommodating and transparent about all services to be performed beforehand. They charge a premium and I believe they earn every penny because they deliver on VALUE! Toyota must have a heck of a training program because it doesn’t seem to matter which branch I go to, I always have a positive experience and leave satisfied with a working vehicle. This was a plesent experience dealing with this dealership they did not pressure us ,the seemed truthful.
