All good with customers service…although not happy with outsourcing service appointments so I make the effort of speaking to a person directly at the dealership . My sunglasses were left on the passenger’s seat and they were bent, after my car was serviced. I informed the management and was told that my sunglasses were on the floor of my vehicle and the mechanic jus were bent, after my car was serviced. I informed the management and was told that my sunglasses were on the floor of my vehicle and the mechanic just picked them up and placed them on my seat. I politely disagreed with him and a lovely female manager named Kristina, offered me a $$ discount on my next service. More
