I bought a certified van and shortly I bought my van’s floor was wet. When I took it to get checked out I was told it developed the leak after I bought which I did not appreciate. The service team told me floor was wet. When I took it to get checked out I was told it developed the leak after I bought which I did not appreciate. The service team told me they fixed the AC drain clogging issue which caused the leak. However, I am at a loss how a certified vehicle would have issues like these. How did they certify this van?
