Stephen did a very good job informing me about the status of my service and the issues of my car that needed further attention. My concern with your dealership is that I came there for an oil change and t of my service and the issues of my car that needed further attention. My concern with your dealership is that I came there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I have an above average knowledge of automotive repairs and cars in general. While I appreciate hearing what also needed attention on my car, the fact was that I came there for an oil change and tire rotation, as I have exclusively done since purchasing my car new from your dealership. That's all! I did not have any intention of having a $100 service turn into an $1100 repair bill. My concern is that an the average Joe or Jane would feel pressured into paying for all the recommended services and repairs that were not critical at the time.
