I came in to have my key battery replaced for my Rav Prime. While speaking with the service manager (Rob or Ray- sorry I’m horrible with names), I mentioned how I was having difficulty setting up my goo Prime. While speaking with the service manager (Rob or Ray- sorry I’m horrible with names), I mentioned how I was having difficulty setting up my google maps, Spotify, and lots of other electronic/connection for the new car.Rob/Ray spent the next 45 mins(!) helping set it all up for me including setting my sound system!!! While this may not mean much to some for me, it was truly a gift I never expected! I had not been able to do it and I had the car for 4 month. I am so grateful! More
