I would have preferred to be informed at the 90 minute mark that it was going to take longer. I was the one who had to follow-up until after 2 hours. I don't know how long it usually takes for an oil chan mark that it was going to take longer. I was the one who had to follow-up until after 2 hours. I don't know how long it usually takes for an oil change and overall inspection. But it took 3 hours for the whole thing. Very disappointed because I didn't have this bad experience at East Coast and at Englewood Cliffs. More
