I bought a 2021 RAV4 and the next day I went to pick up the vehicle and the all weather floor mats that were in the vehicle were taken out. Salesman told me new ones were ordered and would arrive in a cou the vehicle and the all weather floor mats that were in the vehicle were taken out. Salesman told me new ones were ordered and would arrive in a couple days. 8 days later, still no floor mats. I called my salesman to inquire about an ETA. Salesman told me he had no idea when they would arrive. I called twice to speak to a sales manager. 2nd call, I left a message with my name and number to call me back to discuss. I never received a return call. Poor customer service!! More
