Car buying is always a difficult process, but it was not the case with Prestige. We have a great experience with Andy Eagle who took the time to demo out the features of our new Highlander, and even though the case with Prestige. We have a great experience with Andy Eagle who took the time to demo out the features of our new Highlander, and even though the dealership did not have our color/interior combo available - Andy and his team worked a dealer swap to get us what we wanted. Even after the paperwork as completed, Andy took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setup my wife's phone, etc. Overall a great experience. If you head to Prestige - ask for Andy. More
The dealership does a fine job in all aspects.
