Great customer service. I didn’t agree too much with the dealer adjustment. Most dealers make about 65% of total profits from servicing vehicles. The below review is based on my actual experience with Prestige of Ramsey. I have taken my Highlander to this dealership for many, many years. Until recently, I considered myself a loyal customer. In November 2021, I contacted the new car sales office to buy a 2022 Toyota Highlander. I was greeted by an unprofessional salesman. he was only interested in my credit rating. I refused to share it, and he walked away from me. I tried another salesman, he tried the same thing. But he was a little more interested in selling a SUV so he told me that I had to pay $4,000 over MSRP. He said that all cars come with dealer add-ons, like floor mats and that I would have to buy that too. Then he said that I can not use the Toyota financing, because Toyota will not finance a car that is sold over MSRP. I asked about their inventory of cars, and he said that they are all presold, but they advertise them anyway as a way to get people into the dealership. I will have to join a waiting list, and it could take until March. So it was $5,000 over MSRP and a 4 month wait list and I had to buy dealer-installed accessories with no special Toyota financing. I want to stress that I was not treated professionally by either of these salesmen. They have contacted me, through this review process, asking me to reveal my name and stating that I am mistaken.
