I originally wrote a negative review as my first experience was frustrating. Since they had the car I wanted, I went back and asked to work with a different sales person who was WONDERFUL! He answer experience was frustrating. Since they had the car I wanted, I went back and asked to work with a different sales person who was WONDERFUL! He answered all of my questions and was super helpful and I left happy with my Prius C. He was also upfront and honest and patient which I very much appreciated. Ask to work with John Parra. Chris and the staff were terrific. Very friendly, professional, and responsive. However, the $5000 ADDED TO THE RECOMMENDED LIST PRICE WAS UNETHICAL, DISGUSTING AND TAKING PURE ADVA Very friendly, professional, and responsive. However, the $5000 ADDED TO THE RECOMMENDED LIST PRICE WAS UNETHICAL, DISGUSTING AND TAKING PURE ADVANTAGE OF THE CHALLENGING TIMES THAT THE ENTIRE WORLD IS EXPERIENCING. HOW DARE TOYOTA WHO HAS HAD MANY BANNER YEARS HAD THAT GAUL TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS SUCH A RIDICULOUS UPCHARGE DUE TO INVENTORY SHORTAGES. SHAME ON TOYOTA. Note: if I wasn't in such need of a car, I would have walked out. Again Chris, the salesman, was wonderful and a hard worker to make sure all my questions and needs were met. More
