Kyle, we apologize for your experience. You picked up plates on January 18th. You called us on February 21 to say you are missing 1 plate. Unfortunately, because of it taking over 30 days for you to realize you are missing a plate at that point you have to file a report with the police department. You did say you were used to living in states which required 1 plate. Maybe the plate was thrown out in error with that knowledge. Sorry for the inconvenience. Like I said passing the blame. Regardless of the day or time I picked them up, customer service and the way it was handled was poor. No effort, none whatsoever. Don’t worry I handled it on my own, don’t worry about the fee. Miro, I appreciate the apology and phone call. You were always kind and helpful with our interactions, thank you.
