Not having purchased a vehicle in my local area for over 20 years, I decided to try my luck at Prestige of Ramsey. I was fortunate to get assistance from Chris D'onofrio, he provided a relaxed environment 20 years, I decided to try my luck at Prestige of Ramsey. I was fortunate to get assistance from Chris D'onofrio, he provided a relaxed environment and conveyed a pleasant friendly disposition. In fact, he was so accommodating, he assisted in dropping off my Ford at a dealer 15 miles away! Chris did not take me through the "back & forth sales routine" we all despise, he did his job and did it well. The overall experience was very accommodating and friendly, so much so that when I left, I felt like I made a NEW friend with Chris! I highly recommend, if you plan to buy a Toyota, give Chris the opportunity to work for YOU! You will not regret it. The Finance manager who assisted was also fantastic, I believe his name is Govio?
