Kristen Morrell sold me a new Hyundai. I have been driving cars for 70 years. 60 years ago I bought my first NEW car, a Pontiac. In the 1970's I purchased my first Toyota from the dealership that is now called Prestige.Since that time either my wife or I have continuously bought or leased(and had serviced) a NEW Toyota from Prestige. The last was a 2017 Toyota Corolla and the salesperson was Kristen Morrell. I found her to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. On a scale of 1 to 10, Kris is an 11. 2 months ago I returned to visit Ms. Morrell, who now resided in the Hyundai building. Given the option of a Toyota or Hyundai(both brands serviced in the same place), I chose the Elantra. I have changed Kristen's rating to 11+, and am quite pleased with my new Hyundai. In 3 years, if I am still driving, I will consider visiting with Kristten Morrell again(wherever she may be). I always consider Mazda, Honda and Subaru as well as Toyota and Hyundai. . More

Very fine experience I went to Prestige Toyota because of knowing one of the salesmen ,John Hutton who was now working there . I had done business with John previously whe I went to Prestige Toyota because of knowing one of the salesmen ,John Hutton who was now working there . I had done business with John previously when he worked for another dealership .I had leased 4 vehicles through him at the previous dealership,.so I have know John for over 12 years .You may wonder why I kept going to this particular salesperson : 1. His honesty with me 2. He never pushed a car sales on me. I would explain to him what I was looking for and then he gave me choices 3. If my budget was tight he would help me to find a vehicle in my monthly price range . 4. We developed a friendship over the years 5. If I had any problems with a vehicle he would always help to make sure it was taken care of. Guess you could say he always went the extra mile to make sure i was happy with my car. Now getting back to Prestige Toyota and my experience with a different dealership .I can only say how very pleased i am.The day when I first went there I didn't know it was John's day off . I explained to the person there who approached me, who I was looking for .He took my name and info and stated he would make sure John would be informed of my visit. John later contacted me and so i went in and explained what i was looking for. Once again my financial situation had changed ,I'm now retired .At the time Prestige didn't have what I was looking for .John told me they would keep their eyes open for what might fit my budget and what extras I was looking for in a car. A few weeks later I received a call that they had a couple vehicles that might work for me.I went there and sure enough they had a beautiful 2017 Hyundaii ,Elantra Limited model .It had previously been leased for 2 years .The car had everything I had always wanted in a car .This time I was buying and not leasing ,so it fit my budget .Only problem was a tree had fallen on my lease car so I had to wait for insurance adjusters ,body shop ,was around holiday time in November and a snow storm. So I was not able to take the car as soon as originally planned ,actually almost a month later then I was to have picked it up.Prestige Toyota was willing to hold the car for me and no extra cost involved .Also just a side note that while at the dealership at different times people went out of their way to help me ,get me coffee ,ask how I was doing ,etc. So summing everything up I would recommend to anyone to give Prestige Toyota an opportunity if you are looking for new or used vehicle and to ask for John Hutton . More
