It was all good, from the time I walked in the door and when I walked out owning a 2021 Tundra Limited. Everyone is friendly, courteous and willing to answer all your question. Were to start, your employee’s yes the one that damaged my truck, the one that drove it into the spot it should not have been, the other employees that new and said nothing. Then you’re service manager, that didn’t care till I negatively reviewed your business did nothing. Now you want to act like you care, give me a break. I’m glad I had a dash cam, if not YOUR MANAGER and all involved would have continued the cover up, I’ve moved past this, and now I will never recommend nor trust your business. Great way to treat a 19 year loyal customer, you lost a lot of repeat sales. I will never recommend you, in fact the 7 people in my family I personally recommend to you over the years, including myself makes 8 lost customers. ALL DO TO YOUR EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE MANAGERS LACK OF RESPECT AND THEN, TRYING TO WEASEL OUT OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. Remember this could have been fixed, but as Eric your service manager said, his responsibility was not to me, but to save your business money. I’m so glad he saved nothing. In the end you will pay the fair amount of $618.52, not the weasel offer of your service manager. So in closing, videos prove your employee damaged my truck, didn’t care, even said xxxx the customer he’ll never no. Then good old Eric, decided $300.00 was worth losing a loyal customer not to mention the negative reviews. Remember I handled it better then the people responsible. I even had Eric come outside to protect your company from other customers hearing what happened. So you’re top people, let your companies reputation down. So maybe you should decide if there worth keeping, either way it doesn’t matter to me anymore. Your loss is more than $200,000.00 all over disrespect and $300.00, LET THAT SINK IN. Good bye.
