They were friendly with no pressure and hands down after comparing to other dealers beat the competition by s landslide! I met Antonio Guzman who made my car buying experience extremely comfortable, informative and reassuring. I bought my very first Subaru and couldn't be more happier with this decision! I was able to locate the vehicle I wanted at Prestige Volkswagen in Turnersville, New Jersey. Which is only 450 miles from my house. I worked with Enrique Velez, internet salesman extraordinaire, and we reached an agreement. I was able to jump on a jet plane headed to New Jersey. Enrique made the arrangements for me to get picked up at the Philadelphia airport. Mike Schofiled picked me up at the airport and he helped me finalize my paperwork and show me the car. I would recommend him and Prestige without hesitation. He went over every detail of that car from bumper to bumper with me before I drove it off the lot (although I have yet to figure out the voice command and will investigate with the "bible" when I have a chance). And as far as recommending a Subaru, well, it's a SUBARU! No further words needed! More

I went down there on New Years Eve expecting to look at some vehicles and ended up driving home my dream car. The staff were all super friendly and worked with me throughout the whole process. I would specifically like to mention Larry Werner, who was the salesman who pointed me in the right direction. He was very honest, patient, and made sure to go over every detail to ensure that I was 100% ready to drive my new Outback home. I suggest everyone make the trip over there if you were possibly thinking about buying a car. It was so great in fact, my parents will be making a trip down there this week to purchase their very own Subaru! More
Terriffic over all experience This review is probably different than the others posted, I took delivery of my 2015 Subaru Outback Limited the Saturday before Thanksgiving Nov, 2014 This review is probably different than the others posted, I took delivery of my 2015 Subaru Outback Limited the Saturday before Thanksgiving Nov, 2014. My review will include one year of experience, experience after the honeymoon phase of the relationship. I had never owned a Subaru prior to my Outback, I had actually done business with a Buick/GMC dealer located in Lawrenceville, NJ. Between 1999 and 2012, I had purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealer and had them serviced there. The AWD or 4WD drive train was of the utmost importance to me. I had a 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara Luxury to trade in. The reason...? The Suzuku just used too much fuel for me at $4/gal at the time. The vehicle itself had low mileage, and a clean interior and just a few scratches in the paint.There was not a single mechanical issue with the vehicle. My search which looked at just about every AWD or 4wd in the market. Besides the drive train, fuel mileage was very important. I also own a 2012 GMC Terrain SLT-1 AWD. It was logical for me to consider a 2015 Terrain. However the commercials aired by Subaru showing the Eyesight(TM) was the single factor that made the Outback the first choice. The test drive showed me that the 4cyl was enough engine. GMC did not offer a similar accident avoidance system to Eyesight(TM) and even for 2016 they do not. I went to Miller Subaru in Mt Holly, and of course Prestige. Miller and Prestige were both rated by the BBB; A+ or A, however a Subaru dealer in Cherry Hill was rated and F. Reading reviews on the BBB website is part of my research in picking a business to deal with. The salesperson at Miller, Jay Fralin basically told me either take the price or leave. He refused to negotiate. At the time of delivery of my Outback there were issues. There is no need to describe specifics, except to say that each and every issue was handled promptly and corrected. During that time other issues came to light, and again each issue was corrected with out hassle. I have since had the Outback serviced at Prestige and cannot say enough about how satisfied I have been. The people who work at Prestige I truly believe want their customers to be fully satisfied. The vehicle itself has been a pleasure to own. The highway fuel mileage is actually better than the EPA figure of 33mpg. The vehicle is comfortable and quiet. The Harmon Kardon sound system is terrific. I totally recommend the Outback and Prestige. Let us not forget the sales person I was fortunate enough to work with; Mary Bevan. She just made me feel very comfortable, no pressure to purchase. Go to Prestige and ask for Mary except for Wednesdays, Mary day off. More
