I had a tire question just recently and Antonio had given me his cell phone. I called him, left a message, 2 minutes or less I got a call back. It was Antonio's day off and he was calling me from the golf course! He resolved the problem and I was very happy. Brian, the financial officer, was helpful and made me feel I had made the correct decision and was not pressing me on any extras. I'm old enough to remember the "rubber hose" treatments to buy this or that car or program in days past (not necessarily at Prestige).
