We loved the vehicle so we put down a deposit. Brian kept us informed of the status of our vehicle and when it arrived set up a time for us to come pick it up. I haven't bought a car in over a decade and I remembered hating the experience because of high-pressure tactics but they didn't try that here. The price we talked about when I gave my deposit was the same price it was when we got there. No surprises. They listed some of the other options, but only went in-depth on those I asked for detail on. Branden was refreshingly open and willing to answer my questions. He even gave me some recommendations on accessories to buy for the car (and stores that might have them) which was very appreciated. Brian walked me around my car, showing me all of the main features. He even offered to help me hook up my phone (but as someone who sold phones, I had a lot of experience here). In the end, I am a happy new Subaru owner and cannot speak highly enough about Prestige Subaru or Brian Rea in particular. More

At the end of our 3-year lease, we were having trouble getting through to the leasing company, so we went to Prestige Subaru in Turnersville where we had bought the car for their assistance. We needed help finding financing to buy out our 2020 Subaru Ascent. Daniel, the salesperson who had sold the car to us originally, went above and beyond to help us out despite the fact that he gets no commission on this transaction. He was open and honest about our financing choices and how we could save money, and even found a couple of discounts that we wouldn’t have known about. Daniel sold our Ascent to us in 2019 and still recognized us after three years, greeting us at the door with a big smile. He is congenial, knowledgeable and just fun to work with. Also, Andrew, who handled the financing, was also cheerful, likable and efficient, making the paperwork ordeal less trying, to say the least. He also found some extra money to reduce the overall price. Their service team is also exemplary. For the past three years we have never had an unpleasant experience and will continue to use their service in the future.
