Great Experience at Prestige Purchasing a car can be a very nerve-racking and at times, a very uncomfortable time, not knowing the outcome of your effort. Will I have buyers remor Purchasing a car can be a very nerve-racking and at times, a very uncomfortable time, not knowing the outcome of your effort. Will I have buyers remorse, by either feeling I didn't make the right deal financially, or settled for a car that I wasn't thrilled about. I am happy to say that I experienced none of the above. My visit to Prestige was pleasurable, first being politely greeted by Antonio, my Prestige Sales Professional, and then him taking the time to find me the car that I was looking for. Although the 2017 Impresa's were just coming off the truck, Antonio was able to find me the car and color I wanted. Now that we had my new car picked, we still had to come to terms with my trade in value of my current Subaru, and to see if they could meet my monthly payment requirement. Antonio worked hard along with Brian Smith, one of Prestige's financial wizards, and they did not disappoint. I drove out of the lot with my Brand New 2017 Impreza, paying exactly what I had targeted as my budget. I would like to thank you both for setting me up with my new car and certainly would recommend anyone to visit you at Prestige. A Long Awaited Subaru Outback Purchase I have never purchased a new car before, and have wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback for several years now. Upon picking my daughter up from the airp I have never purchased a new car before, and have wanted to purchase a Subaru Outback for several years now. Upon picking my daughter up from the airport, and on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to stop by Prestige for a test drive. Tom met us outside as we arrived, and immediately took us for a drive in the exact car that I had my eye on. Needless to say, I knew what I wanted. He provided details about all of the ins and outs of the car, and we really appreciated that he had the perspective of a Subaru driver. When we returned from the test drive, we briefly discussed pricing and financing, and he ultimately provided a quote, as well as the details of the car. He respected my decision not to purchase the car that day, and gave me the option to put a refundable deposit on the car, so that no one would purchase it while I thought about my options. As a sales professional myself, his patience was much appreciated. I understand the importance of patience when helping people to make big investments/financial decisions. He called me to follow up after the long weekend, and was willing to negotiate throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go to Prestige to buy my first brand new car ever.
