I specially ordered it because I wanted to make sure no one test drove it, and had a few added items I wanted on it.. Antonio respected my wishes, made sure no one washed it, no one peeled the tape off, no one sat in it, YES I am extremely specific. He understood completely, although I am sure he thought that was odd to have all those requests. He kept constant contact before and after the sale, just to make sure I was happy with my vehicle and it was everything I had expected. Antonio was absolutely above expectations!! I am so glad when I called that he answered, he made the process stress free and easy. He is a keeper!! He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and personable. I went somewhere else prior to Prestige and they had no idea what I was talking about when I wanted to specially order my WRX, they kept telling me to pick one off the lot. Antonio was so knowledgeable with this process, it really REALLY made it that much easier. When I came for my first oil change they were also excellent at that time too. Antonio even recognized my husband and went to greet him. I thought that was excellent customer service!! More

Buying/Leasing a car can be a dreadful experience but at Prestige there is absolutely no sales pressure or tactics. I found my experience with Prestige to be superior to my previous experience with Cherry Hill Subaru. This is our third Subaru and when we buy our next one we will definitely be back at Prestige. Too Easy to Buy a Car I went into the dealership just to start shopping for a car with no real intention to buy for another few months. I knew the features I wanted but I needed to know the differences between the Impreza and Crosstrek. Antonio was great at explaining the features of each vehicle and all the different models offered. He was able to quickly find exactly what I wanted and in the price range I was looking. Best of all there was no haggling needed, I had compared pricing before going in and his offer was right on par with what I had been researching. He made it way too easy to leave with a car! Also, once you buy a car they had Camille explain to me how to use all the new features. Great customer service! More
