I had a service appointment to change oil and diagnostics on my air conditioner. Jacqueline Dewar was my advisor and greeted me in the drive through area. She was both friendly and professional. My car was repaired on time and for the agreed upon cost. After leaving I still had a concern and after speaking to Ms Dewar, I was promptly advised to come back. The technician drove with me and was quickly able to diagnose the problem which was expedited through the shop at very little expense to me. The repair was completed and I was on my way within an hour. The care and concern of Ms Dewar and the technician as well as the entire service staff was exceptional. We have decided to purchase another car from this dealership because of the continued outstanding service! More
