Lack of communication Dropped my Impreza off for a warranty problem, after Prestige kept my car majority of the day they call saying they didn't do the repairs because my Dropped my Impreza off for a warranty problem, after Prestige kept my car majority of the day they call saying they didn't do the repairs because my Windshield wasn't in stock. Next the receptionist had an attitude. Another situation with Prestige is that I always take my Subaru there for my oil change. My cabin filter & air filter haven't been replaced since I bought the car, service couldn't even at least shake the sand and leafs off my filter. Mind you the air filter was black and needed to be replaced but it was never brought to my attention. I put $12,000 down on my Subaru I feel I should be treated better then this. I will be taking all my service & any other Subaru needs to Subaru of Cherry Hill. More
