The absolute worst service center I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. My car has been sitting in their lot for 3 weeks. They claim they're waiting on a simple part. We asked for a loaner since they at a car dealership. My car has been sitting in their lot for 3 weeks. They claim they're waiting on a simple part. We asked for a loaner since they can't get their act together and was denied. The service manager Bill is very arrogant and has no idea what the word service means. He's trying to charge us $1000.00 for a new ecm that they burnt out. We've spent almost $1000.00 renting cars to get to work while they do absolutely nothing. Never, never, never will I ever deal with them again. The worst. More

I put a complaint in to Mr. Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he woul Zanger. I was waiting 6 months for a radio,so I complained to Mr. Zanger. Within two hours, I got an email from Antonio Guzman (manager) that he would see that it was handled. He then got Bill Abrams involved (service manager) who got the radio and within two weeks from the email it was installed. It works great! Special shout out to Mike in parts for contacting me to let me know the radio came in. Also shout out to Val my service writer for his kindness. More
